Bastard- my review

I've read previous books by this author and loved them. This was a total unexpected surprise for me. With a title like that I expected it to be about a heartless Bastard. This story is the complete opposite of what I thought. 

Carter is the bastard in this story. Fortunately he's completely different to what I thought he was gonna be like. He's hot, sexy and not the heartless guy we thought he was gonna be. 

Told through two points of view we hear Carter and Indis story. This book seemed like it had two parts of the story. I preferred the second part. A love/hate relationship that turns into so much more. I found this to be a beautiful read with great twists and turns. I loved it.
