Dead Perfect - blog tour

Book Description:

‘Hugely confident … harrowing, visceral … recommended’ Ian Rankin

‘Kept me hooked’ Angela Marsons

‘An excellent read’ Martina Cole

'Gritty, dark and chilling’ Mel Sherratt

A murdered woman…

When the body of a young woman is found in a local park, DC Maggie Jamieson knows she’s dealing with no ordinary killer.  The murder victim has been disfigured; her outfit changed to resemble someone else.  Someone Maggie knows all too well…her close friend Dr Kate Moloney.

A determined detective…

Maggie is determined to keep her friend safe, but with Kate already struggling with a threatening stalker, Maggie now fears Kate’s life is in real danger.  Who else would want to harm Kate and why else would the killer be turning his victims into exact replicas – his living dolls?

Can Maggie find the depraved killer?  Or will Kate become his next living doll?

Dead Perfect is book three in the DC Maggie Jamieson series. These are excellent reads so I highly recommend you read them.

DC Maggie Jamieson next case is too close for comfort. Her friend Kate seems to have a stalker and with a serial killer on the loose Maggie has her most challenging case yet.

The author has written a story in such a way that it hooks you from the start. I couldn’t help but read it in one sitting. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Bliss Uncovered - blog tour

Book Description:

The bestselling author of the stunning DI Bliss crime series is back – this time with a thrilling prequel novella.

A double life – a single truth.

Fresh out of uniform, DC Jimmy Bliss finds himself at the centre of an undercover sting. Enlisted by a crew of villains to crack a safe, he fears his cover is blown when he’s seen in the wrong place at the wrong time.

But on the night of the job, things run smoothly enough until the gang leader changes the location of the heist. As the job spirals out of control, Bliss has to trust his instincts and buy some time. There’s just one problem: he has no idea if his team know what has become of him.

As the situation escalates, Bliss finds himself at the mercy of a violent criminal who will do anything not to be caught.

Bliss Uncovered is another excellent read by this author. When I heard this author was writing a prequel for DI Bliss I was unsure but I should have known better. This exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved reading about the younger side of Bliss. He’s working under cover and I gotta say I was holding my breath quite a bit.

This is another faultless read by this author. I’m already looking forward to reading more from this author.

Blood Brothers - blog tour

Blood Brothers

When you’re running the streets, loyalty is everything…

Gangs rule the streets of the rough Gallowburn Estate in Glasgow, but the deepest rivalry of all is between Jamie Gray and his friends, known as the Blood Brothers, and their enemies, the Lawsons.

The two gangs clash frequently, but when a phone containing incriminating evidence disappears after a particularly brutal run-in, the stakes are higher than ever.

Jamie’s mother Jackie is as hard as nails and is not going to let anyone hurt her boy – even if she has to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in. What she wants more than anything though, is to see Jamie turn his back on the street life. And when he meets spoilt rich-girl Allegra, who has a penchant for shoplifting, Jackie thinks she could be Jamie’s way out.

But with the Lawsons closing in, and everyone taking sides, there is only one way out for Jamie, and to triumph he must take out his biggest enemy…

I’ve read a previous book by this author so was looking forward to reading this story.

Alecia is on her own and trying to survive. She’s thrown a curveball and starts working as an escort. I really liked this storyline with suspense and erotica running through it.

I found this to be a well written gripping read. I’m looking forward to reading more from this author in the future.
