This is book two in the StoryWorld series. I highly recommend you read book one Woman of the Hour. It really is so good. Book one is a great introduction to the characters but I do believe the author wrote this in such a great way that it can be read as a standalone.

Liz is a great character. She’s working hard at a high pressured job while being a single mum to Flo.
Like book one I loved reading about the behind the scenes of the show.

This is a fast paced well told story that I couldn’t get enough of. I loved it.

This is book one in the StoryWorld series. It is based on a popular morning show called StoryWorld.

Liz Lyon is head of features at StoryWorld. She has her hands full with a high demanding job and being a single parent to her daughter fourteen year old Florence.

I absolutely loved reading about the behind the scenes of the show.

I really liked Liz. I thought she came across as a relatable character. I found this to be a refreshing and enjoyable read that I pretty much inhaled.
I’m really looking forward to reading more of this series.

This is book one in the series My Beautiful Suicide Series.

Cossette the main character isn’t having an easy life. Her parents are divorced, her brother has died and she’s being bullied at school. All she wants to do is get through the rest of the term and get a break from school.

Running is her escapism. Unfortunately it runs her into a situation that is about to change her life.

I thought this was a well written story. Can’t wait to read the next book.

Can’t really say too much without spoiling it. I will say it’s a great continuation to the story and I can’t wait to read more. These books are gripping. Once I started I was hesitant to put down until I’ve finished it.

Make sure you read the first two books before reading this as this is a continuation of the story in My Beautiful Suicide Series.

Cosette has changed quite a bit in this series. We were first introduced to her when she was a quiet bullied girl. Now she’s a serial killer in high school. She now wants to get rid of all the pedophiles.

Great praise to the author on keeping the story going at the same pace. Am really enjoying it and about to jump into book four.

This is the final book in the series. Make sure you read the three previous books to make any sense of the story.

I was seriously looking forward to reading this book. After reading the previous three and loving them I was so hoping this would be just as good as the others.

Although the characters are young adult this isn’t a YA read. Great series with gripping storylines. Can’t wait to read more from this author.

Review: Tick Tock

Yikes. What a story. This author sure knows how to write a brilliant story. I’ve read previous books by her but this is my favourite without a doubt.

James is a bomb disposal expert. He is one of the best in the job. He’s fearless.

Amira is a nurse. After the death of her brother she volunteers to go undercover to infiltrate a terrorist cell. James is sent to train Amira to do what needs to be done.

The two main characters are completely different but it certainly worked in this story. I love how the author stepped out of the box and wrote something completely different. Yes it’s not a read for everyone but I certainly enjoyed it. Expect the unexpected with this read.
