I really liked Lara. I thought the author did a great job of portraying her as real. Lara is twenty five and works with disadvantaged children as a social worker. It's there that she meets Mozey. He's eighteen years old and living in the streets illegally. Lara can feel the chemistry but fights it. I'm not gonna say much more about the storyline as I don't wanna spoil it. I will say the author took me on a heartwarming journey that will stay with me for a long time.
This was a great read with a unique storyline. I'm certainly going to be looking into the authors other books. Really great read. Loved it.
