Book Synopsis:

HE CHEATED. HE LIED. HE DIED.
Vicki’s husband David once promised to love her in sickness and in health. But after a brutal attack left her suffering with epilepsy, he ran away with his mistress.
So when Vicki gets a call one day to say that he’s missing, her first thought is ‘good riddance’. But then the police find evidence suggesting that David is dead. And they think Vicki had something to do with it.
What really happened on the night of David’s disappearance?
And how can Vicki prove her innocence, when she’s not even sure of it herself?

MY REVIEW

This is my second read by this author. Before I say anything I need to say how much I love this authors covers. Each cover is truly amazing.

Vicki is devastated when just after being diagnosed with epilepsy her husband leaves her for another woman. When David goes missing police suspect Vicki.

We get the point of view of three female characters. I’ve got to admit I couldn’t work out how they connected.

This is a well written story that had me gripped from start to finish. Plenty of twists and turns had me in a tizzy.
I can’t wait to read more from this author. I highly recommend this read.
