MY REVIEW

Blimey what a story. Insolent is my first read and it is without a doubt not my last as this was a brilliant read.

Insolent is part of the Sinister Fairy Tales. It can be read as a complete standalone but seriously the other books are brilliant so I recommend you read them too.

I love that the blurb didn’t tell us much. Kinda like a teaser to pull you in gently. We meet Moira and Sol here. Both are broken in different ways. While reading this I felt the author was teasing me down a dark tunnel and I wasn’t sure I’d find any brightness at the end. Did I? Well you’ll have to read it to find out.

My advice is to set the time aside to read in one sitting as you won’t want to put it down. I’m off now to see what else this author has written.
